The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of direction to hand over investigation of the case registered as DDR No.25 dated 17.2.2012 in the police station Sadar Thanesar District Kurukshetra relating to missing of his daughter to the Central Bureau of Investigation and further for providing of protection from the hands of petitioners No.4 to 8.
Mamta, daughter of the petitioner, has appeared in the Court and has stated that she is residing with her in-laws. She has further stated that she has performed marriage with Virender @ Kalu of her own free will and does not want to live with her parents. In these circumstances, no further interference by this Court is called for.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
