The learned State counsel contends that as per the affidavit of the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Punjab, the Laboratory had stopped accepting fresh samples vide letter No.437-46/FSL dated 3.2.2011, on account of shifting the premises to a new building. The Laboratory was inaugurated in the new premises on 09.04.2011 and is now fully functional. He further submits that all the samples collected during the interregnum period are intact.
In view of the above factual position, no further orders are
required to be passed. Disposed of.
