This Court on 12.1.2012 had passed the following order:-

“The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case arising out of Complaint bearing No.122T dated 27.3.2008 titled as “Bhupinder Singh v. Ranjit Singh and Others” under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120-B IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been summoned in a complaint case, therefore, no investigation is to be conducted. He submits that due to communication gap, the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court within a specified time and now he is ready and

willing to appear before the trial Court.

Issue notice of motion for 1.2.2012.

¶25

In case the petitioner appears before the Summoning Court on or before 25.1.2012, he shall be released on interim bail.”

Office has reported that dasti notice issued to the complainantrespondent No.1 has been received back duly served. Nobody has caused appearance for the complainant-respondent No.1.

Mr.Kalra, counsel for the petitioner has stated that in compliance with order dated 12.1.2012, the petitioner has caused appearance before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail.

Taking totality of circumstances into consideration, the present petition is accepted. Interim bail granted to the petitioner on 12.1.2012 is made absolute.
