Prays for issuance of direction to respondents No. 1 to 6 to protect the life/liberty and property of the petitioner and also to register FIR against respondents No. 7 to 13 for their illegal and criminal acts of commission and omission.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that respondent No. 6 - SHO, Police Station Mehatpur, is harassing the petitioner at the behest of respondents No. 7 to 13.
Reply has been filed. As per the reply, admittedly, only proceedings under Section 107/151 Cr.P.C are pending against the

petitioner before the Sub Divisional Magistrate.
It is also admitted that no FIR is pending against the present petitioner. Thus, in case, the petitioner is wanted for any enquiry, procedure as prescribed under section 160 Cr.P.C. shall be complied with .
