The only prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to complete the investigation of the case bearing FIR No.95 dated 17.7.2011 under Sections 326/324/323/341/120-B IPC Police Station Makhu, District Ferizepur.
It is contended that the FIR was registered on 17.7.2011. Since then, there is no headway in the investigation.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to complete the investigation and submit the report as expeditiously as possible preferably within 3 months from receipt of this order.
