This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No. 38 dated 22.1.2009 and FIR Nos. 39 and 41 dated 23.1.2009, registered at Police Station City Gohana District Sonepat under Section 174-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC for short) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Suresh Kumar, has submitted that this petition has been rendered infructuous as the trial has since concluded.
Dismissed as infructuous.
