The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.88 dated 30.10.2011, registered under Sections 307, 323, 148, 149, 506, 216 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Nathusari Chopta, District Sirsa.
The learned State counsel informs that the petitioner has joined the investigation and the recovery has been effected.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 23.04.2012, is made absolute, subject to the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
