Sabha Ram ASI (PW-11) carried out the investigation. He called Neeraj Kumar Photographer (PW-8) and got the dead body photographed and he prepared the inquest report Ex.PJ, as also, the site plan of the place of occurrence Ex.PD. He also lifted blood stained earth, one broken piece of belt, shoes and scooter bearing registration No. HR-26-L 0758 and seized those vide memo Ex.PG. He sent the dead body of Raghuvar Dutt (deceased) to the mortuary of General Hospital, Gurgaon for autopsy. The parcels containing clothes, blood sample and an envelope handed over by the doctor after autopsy were taken into possession vide memo Ex.PE. On 05.02.2003, appellant-Lalit was arrested and interrogated and during interrogation, he suffered disclosure statement Ex.PB and pursuant, thereto, he got recovered blood stained shoes, trouser and jacket, which were seized vide memo Ex.PC. Appellant-Lalit also got recovered stone whose sketch Ex.PD/1 was prepared and that was sealed into a parcel, which was seized vide memo Ex.PD. Scaled site plan of the place of occurrence Ex.PL was also got prepared from Naresh Kumar draftsman (PW-9) by the investigating officer.
