Plaintiff has approached this Court by way of instant revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for directing the trial court to decide the suit instituted by the petitioner against respondents/defendants in time bound manner.

The revision petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court i.e. Ms. Monica Sharma, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana, to dispose of the Civil Suit No.176 dated 22.07.2008 titled M/s Allwyn Enterprises (India), Ludhiana Vs. Punjab State Electricity Board and
others as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
