aforesaid amount, the petitioner shall deposit Rs.20,00,000/- (rupees twenty lacs) with the trial Court at the time of first motion and the balance amount shall be paid at the time of second motion whereafter only, the respondent shall also be entitled to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.20,00,000/(rupees twenty lacs). The aforesaid total amount shall cover all claims of respondent and minor daughter of the parties. Amount of Rs.20,00,000/- lacs to be deposited in the trial Court shall be deposited by the trial Court in fixed deposit and accrued interest shall also be paid to the respondent along with principal amount after second motion. Both the parties shall file application in the trial Court within fifteen days from today for converting the pending divorce petition into petition for divorce by mutual consent. No further interim maintenance shall be payable by the petitioner to the respondent till passing of decree of divorce by mutual consent. If the amount of Rs.20,00,000/- as per above stipulation is not deposited or if remaining amount of Rs.1,40,00,000/- (rupees one crore forty lacs) is not paid as per above stipulation, the revision petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed and the petitioner shall be liable to pay the interim maintenance as per impugned order of the trial Court for the entire period and the divorce petition shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
