Ishwar Singh Vs. Vinod Kumar and others
Present: Mr. Nonish Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner.
The present revision petition was directed against the order dated 19.12.2011 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Karnal, whereby the objection filed by the petitioner in execution of judgement dated 24.4.2006 passed in civil suit no.284 of 2005 had been dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement at the bar
that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous as the execution petition has already been decided.
Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
