Challenge in this revision petition is the order dated 5.3.2012, vide which the Sheetal – applicant before the trial Court was allowed to produce the death certificate of Tilak Raj and her own birth certificate. The case relates to revocation of succession certificate. These documents are material for the decision of the case.
No ground for interference is made out.
Consequently, the revision petition stands dismissed.
