Petitioner has moved CM No.21980-CII of 2012 for staying passing of final order by trial court. The revision petition is fixed for 07.11.2012. Counsel for the petitioner states that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous because the suit, out of which this revision petition has arisen, has since been disposed of finally.
In view thereof, the revision petition is also taken up for hearing today itself on oral request of counsel for the parties.
Accordingly, CM No.21980-CII of 2012 as well as CR No.1851 of 2011 are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
