An affidavit has been filed in an identical petition i.e. C.O.C.P. No.1845 of 2011 indicating that the exercise to give the necessary benefits to the petitioner is underway and since it involves various other Departments as well, it will take atleast two months time to release the benefits to the petitioner.
Having considered the affidavit that has been filed in the Court, the Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition by discharging the rule against the respondents with a direction that the necessary benefits as prayed for by the petitioner and granted by this Court vide its earlier order should be paid to him positively within a period of two months from today. In case the needful is not done, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the instant petition.
Petition stands disposed of.
