Respondent No.2 has filed the reply-affidavit alongwith orders (Annexures R-1 & R-2) whereby action has already been taken against those who are found mis-using the residential plots. Similarly, the notices issued to another violator have also been placed on record with an undertaking that allotment of said plots shall also be resumed.
In this view of the matter, no further action is called for in these contempt proceedings at this stage which are accordingly dropped.

As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with relevant documents.
