Learned State counsel has placed on record the reply-affidavit of respondent No.2 alongwith a copy of the speaking order dated 22.3.2012 (Annexure R-1) whereby the petitioner's claim has been accepted.
In this view of the matter, there is no necessity to continue with these contempt proceedings which are accordingly dropped.
Let the consequential benefits, if any, to which the petitioner is entitled to, be granted within a period of two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
The contempt petition stands disposed of.
