Along with the compromise, affidavits of the parties have also been annexed. Civil Misc. Application No.3613-C of 2011 is allowed and the compromise along with its annexures is ordered to be taken on record.
It has been stated in the compromise that as the parties have amicably settled all their long standings disputes, both civil and criminal, the appellants do not want to pursue R.S.A. No.2523 of 2009. Accordingly, R.S.A. No.2523 of 2009 is dismissed as withdrawn.
