inconvenience caused to the person for the rest of his life, the amount would still total up to less than Rs.1,25,000/-. Although the method of disposal of the appeal making a lumpsum grant without adverting to each one of the heads of the claim is not desirable, even if such provisions had been properly made, I would find no scope for enhancement.
