Mr. Rathee has stated before this Court that the charge-sheet against the petitioner has since been finalised and the proceedings shall also be concluded shortly thereafter. In view of the above, the instant petitions have been rendered infructuous and the same are disposed of as such with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in the eventuality of any surviving grievance including grant of interest on the withheld payment.
