Ms.Sudeepti Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General,
Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of order which I propose to pass, there is no need to seek any counter-reply from the respondents at this stage.
The petitioner-rice mill is said to have applied for allocation of paddy for custom milling for Khariff Season 2010-2011. It is averred that the claim for allocation of paddy stands answered in its favour vide order dated 12.1.2010 (Annexure P-4) passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.16795 of 2009 ( M/s Pooja Rice Mills versus State of Punjab and others) and other connected matters.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any views on the entitlement of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's claim for allocation of paddy for custom purpose in terms of the order dated 12.1.2010 passed by this Court in M/s Pooja Rice Mills' case (supra) , within a period of ten days from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
