Learned counsel for the parties agree that the order passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal-I, Delhi dated 22.9.2011 (Anneuxre P-6) be set aside and the proceedings which was the subject matter of transfer before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal-I, Delhi as also other inter se proceedings between the parties be entrusted to Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Chandigarh.
In view of the consent of the parties, the proceedings between the parties i.e., subject matter of

transfer, earlier pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Chandigarh and also other inter se proceedings pending before Debt Recovery Tribunal-II Chandigarh are ordered to be transferred to Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Chandigarh.
Parties are directed to appear before the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I Chandigarh on 2.11.2011. The said Tribunal shall make endeavor to decide the proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of three months
Disposed of in the above terms.
