The petitioner had placed reliance upon the pendency of CWP No.7156 of 2010 while making a grievance which was similar in nature to the one which was raised in the referred writ petition. The said writ petition has since been dismissed on the basis of observations made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and also in view of the fact that the interest of the petitioner has been safeguarded as his lien in the original range has been kept intact.
Having regard to the aforesaid, the instant petition is also
dismissed.
