The present petition has been preferred under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 25.05.1987 (Annexure P-2) and 05.08.1988 (Annexure P-3) and directing the respondents to grant selection grade w.e.f. 01.02.1980 and promotional grade w.e.f. 01.01.1986.
Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that his record is incomplete. Anyway, the petitioner had neither appeared on 10.12.2010 nor today to present his case. It appears that he is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
