This Court passed the following order on 13.05.2013:-
“Present: Mr. Rakesh Lathwal, Advocate for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to place on record the order of promotion dated 7.9.2005 in terms of which the petitioner while working on the post of Peon had been promoted as Accounts Clerk. Counsel on the adjourned date shall also refer to the statutory service regulations in the light of which such promotion was effected.
List on 19.7.2013.”
Instead of complying with the order the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars and some other documents.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
However, this would be subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/- for wasting the time of the Court. Costs be deposited in the Haryana State Legal Services Authority, failing which, the fresh writ petition if filed, will not be entertained by the Registry of this Court.
