The petitioner has prayed for premature release. His request, in this regard, was turned down and he has, accordingly, filed this Criminal Writ Petition.
Mr. Gursharan Singh, Advocate appearing for Mr.Ranjan Lakhanpal, Senior Advocate submits that present Criminal Writ Petition is rendered infructuous. Apparently, the petitioner by now would have undergone complete sentence.
Dismissed as infructuous.
