The petitioner has sought directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to complete the investigation in case FIR No.232 dated 29.8.2008 under Section 420 IPC registered at Police Station Sector 36, Chandigarh against respondent Nos.4 to 10.
Counsel for the U.T. Chandigarh on instructions from SI Jagdish Chander informed the Court that on 2nd May 2011 challan was presented in the Court against Saroop Singh, Jagmohan Singh, Parveen Kaur and Sukhpal Singh. Gulshan Kumar has been kept in column No.2.
In view of this fact, no further orders are required to be passed in
this petition.
