This petition is filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to provide protection of life, liberty and dignity of the petitioners and family member of petitioner No.2 at the hands of private respondents Nos. 5 and 6 with a prayer for further direction to respondents No.1 to 4 not to take any action at the complaint of respondent Nos. 5 and 6.

On 27.04.2011, learned counsel for respondents No.5 and 6 had stated that respondents Nos. 5 and 6 have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners and accordingly prayed for time to file affidavit of the respondents to that effect.
Affidavit of respondents No.5 and 6 has been taken on record vide Crl.Misc. No.25933 of 2011.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that no further orders are required to be passed in view of the affidavit filed by respondents No.5 and 6 and therefore, the present petition be dismissed as not pressed.
