Complainant Sarwan Kumar has filed this appeal along with the instant application seeking leave to appeal against the order dated 5.2.2010, passed by the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Safidon (Jind), whereby after recording the preliminary evidence, the complaint filed by the complainant against the respondents has been dismissed.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to avail remedy of revision against the impugned order, under the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
