Harpreet Singh – petitioner has prayed for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 197 dated 10.10.2010 under Section 307 IPC read with Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana.
Affidavit of Munna – injured person, has been filed in Court
today.
The law was set in motion by recording the statement of SI/SHO Kulwant Singh, P.S. Sidhwan Bet. As per allegation of the

prosecution, the petitioner fired from his 12 bore rifle which hit the injured Munna on the left shoulder.
Munna – injured is present in person in the Court. He has been identified by his counsel Sh. Sarvesh Kumar Gupta and HC Sukhwinder Singh. He has sworn the affidavit in which it is mentioned that he received accidental injury.
So, without commenting on the merits of the case, bail to the
satisfaction of the trial Court.
