This is a petition under Section 439 CrPC seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner under Section 304-B,34,498A,406,302 IPC at Police Station Sadar Sandhaur, District Sangrur vide FIR No.7 dated 18.5.2010.
After arguing the case at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition.
