This is a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for quashing the complaint dated 20.09.2005 Case no.83/20/20.09.05 titled as Dhanna Ram vs. Naseeb Singh etc., the summoning order dated 31.08.2010, the impugned order dated 18.01.2011, whereby, the petitioner has been charged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and the charge sheet dated 18.01.2011.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision against the order framing charge.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
