The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuing directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to protect his as well as his family members' life and personal liberty at the hands of respondents No.3 to 5, who are harassing them.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that local police is harassing the petitioner and his family members and respondents No.3 to 5 are visiting the house of the petitioner daily.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out as to how and when the petitioner is being harassed by the police. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has a dispute with his father regarding family partition but he has not mentioned any such dispute. Moreover, he is the only son of his parents.
