The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of Amandeep Kaur for issuing directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect her life and liberty at the hands of respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has also made a representation in this regard but no action has been taken. Learned counsel further contends that respondent No.4-Narain Singh has also filed habeas corpus petition stating that Amandeep kaur is in illegal custody of her parents, whereas, the same has become infructuous on the basis of statement made by Amandeep Kaur that she is not in illegal custody of her parents and is residing with them with her own sweet will and without any pressure.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from HC Jagjit Singh has submitted that no representation has been given to the police authorities and if any such representation/complaint is filed by the

petitioner, the same would be decided in accordance with law.
Since no representation has been made to the police authorities by petitioner-Amandeep Kaur, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that if any such representation is moved by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the concerned authorities in accordance with law.
