Vide order dated 07.12.2010 permission was granted to the petitioner to leave India for a period of one month from the date of execution of bail bonds of a sum of Rs.1 lac with one surety besides depositing a sum of Rs.1 lac with the trial Court as security.
Report has been received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kapurthala dated 14.2.2011, in which it has been stated that passport of the petitioner has been released on 11.12.2010 on furnishing the requisite bail/surety bonds besides depositing of rupees one lac. Further mentioned that petitioner Vijay Kumar son of late Charan Dass has surrendered his passport in the Court on 13.1.2011 on his appearance in the Court after his return from Philippines.
In view of this position, nothing survives in this petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
