This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed in case bearing FIR No. 81 dated 27.06.2010, under Sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 148 and 149 IPC,registered at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala being a cross case also under Sections 323, 324, 341, 148, 149 and under Section 308 IPC (added subsequently), registered at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner has joined the investigation and has got the necessary recoveries effected. Dr.U.S.Dhaliwal, Addl. AG, on instructions from ASI Narain Singh, has corroborated this fact.
In the circumstances order dated 11.10.2010 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., up to the filing of the challan, whereafter the petitioner would be required to seek regular bail.
Petition stands disposed of.
