This is a petition for regular bail filed in case bearing FIR No. 86 dated 19.05.2008, under Sections 302, 307, 498-A, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Dhuri, Distt. Sangrur.
Learned Addl. AG, on instructions from HC Gurmail Singh, states that the trial has been concluded and the matter is now fixed for examination of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. .
In the circumstances learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.
