After arguing for some time learned counsel states that he does not wish to press this petition but prays that the petitioner shall surrender before the Illaqa Magistrate and file an application for regular bail which maybe decided expeditiously.
I find it to be a fair request.
In the circumstances this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction that the petitioner shall surrender before the Illaqa Magistrate on 24.08.2011 and file an application for regular bail which shall be decided expeditiously but in any case within five days.
