On the oral request of learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.2 was impleaded vide order dated 30.9.2011. As per office record, respondent No.2 has also been served but none has put in appearance on his behalf.
Learned counsel for the State produced an order dated 18.8.2011 and has contended that the petitioner has appeared before the Court below and has been released on interim bail in terms of the order dated 12.8.2011.
In view thereof, order dated 12.8.2011 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions already contained therein.
Petition is disposed of.
