Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter-alia, contends that he would surrender before the learned trial Court and explain his absence on 05.7.2011 provided his bail application, if so moved on the date of surrender, be decided on the same date and untill then his arrest may be stayed.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case of surrender of the petitioner within a week from today before the learned trial Court and on his filing bail application, the same shall be decided on the same date and till then, his arrest shall remain stayed.
