This is a petition for quashing on the basis of compromise.
Report of the trial Court has been received that there is no compromise, as per the statement of the complainant.
Learned State counsel has sated at the bar that charge has been framed only under Section 420 IPC and the said offence is compoundable with the permission of Court.
In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with the observation that the parties may approach the trial Court for compromise.
