In view of co-accused of the petitioner Subhash having been granted the concession of bail, on the principle of parity, the petitioner can be granted the concession of bail as he has been in custody since 11.12.2010.
The petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond/ surety bond to the satisfaction of the trial court.
