Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He submits that the petitioner would prepare a draft of `9,000/- in the name of the complainant and hand it over to the Investigating Officer against a receipt.
Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Darshan Singh, confirms the fact of joining of investigation by the petitioner and submits that he is no more required by the police for further investigation.
In view thereof, the order dated 04.07.2011 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1973.
