This petition has been filed by Naresh Kumar-petitioner seeking direction to respondents No.2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has urged that petitioner along his father and two brothers are facing trial in case bearing First Information Report No.243 dated June 20th , 2011 under Sections 447 and 511 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal, a fact which has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. As on date, petitioner or his family members are not required in any case.
In view of this, no action is required.
Disposed of accordingly.
