Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and besides the other dowry articles, some gold articles have also been got recovered.
Learned State Counsel, on instructions received from ASI Harjeet Singh, concedes this fact and states that some more gold articles are yet to be recovered.
Be that as it may, the order dated 27.06.2011 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions already contained therein. The petition stands disposed of.
