Sh.R.S. Mamli, learned counsel for the petitioners has argued that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case and that pursuant to the interim orders passed by the Court, all the petitioners have joined investigation. So far as petitioner Gurdev Kaur is concerned, she is member Panchayat. There are not specific allegations against petitioner Gurdev Kaur for having instigated the deceased to commit suicide. She is also not a member of Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee. She is about 68 years of age. The statements of Santokh Singh, Tarlok Singh, Mohinder Singh, Gurmail Singh, Mukhtiar Singh, Baljinder Kaur and Surjit Singh have been recorded during investigation. The main allegation is against the members of the Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee to the effect that Committee members Rashpal Singh, Piara Singh, Jagir Singh and Buta Singh had forcibly locked the rooms of the school and said Jagir Singh, Piara Singh and Rashpal Singh allegedly made announcements against the deceased Ranjit Kaur and instigated the ladies to reach the School. An attempt was also made to make a bore in the School area which was opposed by the deceased. There are vague allegations against Gurdev Kaur. Thamman Singh and Santo @ Beant Kaur @ Amarjit Kaur had allegedly also used bad words against the deceased. The main allegation is against
