By filing this petition, petitioner seeks quashing of First Information Report No.62 dated March 14th , 2010 (Annexure P1) under Sections 363 and 366/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala.
Learned State counsel has stated that prosecution has filed the report for cancellation of the case before the Area Magistrate.
In view of this, no action is called for. Disposed of accordingly.
