Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and the entire amount of `1,75,000/- deposited by him with the JMIC, Chandigarh has also been released to the complainant.
Learned counsel for U.T, Chandigarh, on instructions received from SI Sewak Singh, accepts the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners and also submits that the petitioners are not required for further investigation. In view thereof order dated 03.06.2011 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions already contained therein.
