Petitioners in the capacity as Kanungo and Patwari of the area had allegedly sanctioned mutation in favour of Rajesh Kumar on the basis of conveyance deed regarding auction of the land by the Central Government to him.
The petitioners have already joined investigation as per ASI Laljit Singh. It is not out of place to mention that Rajesh Kumar, during investigation, has been found to be innocent.
The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 09.06.2011, is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
