The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in case FIR No.144, dated 15.10.2010, registered under Sections 399, 400, 402 of the IPC, at Police Station Sadar Banga, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Nawanshahr).

In these circumstances, considering that the petitioner has now been in custody for the last one year, without commenting upon the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to grant the concession of bail to the
