This is an application for bail during the pendency of trial in case registered vide FIR No.24 dated 17.02.2011, under Section 420 IPC, at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 19.4.2011, whereas challan has already been presented. He further submits that though another case bearing FIR No.188 dated 27.09.2008 under Sections 420, 467, 468 IPC at Police Station, Samrala has been registered against the petitioner but he is on bail in that case as well.
Learned State counsel has submitted that prosecution evidence is going on but out of 13 witnesses only one witness has been examined so far.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case but without making any observations on the merit, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds with heavy surety to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court, Samrala.
